About the Artist

Kelsea is a multimedia artist located in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. She currently owns and operates Tootsie’s Tattoo and Artisan Tattoos as well as maintaining her own tattoo practice.

Her work encompasses sea life, ornamental jewelry designs, Victorian imagery, fantasy motifs, and an overall delicate (yet darker) taste in tattooing. She uses black and gray only, and would love to start venturing into larger concept pieces.
