Kelsea is a multimedia artist located in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. She currently owns and operates Tootsies Tattoo and Artisan Tattoos.

Her tattoo work encompasses sea life, ornamental jewelry designs, Victorian imagery, fantasy motifs, and an overall delicate (yet darker) taste in tattooing. She uses black and gray ink, and would love to start venturing into larger concept pieces.
