Kelsea has been tattooing for 4 years in
St. Petersburg, FL. She is currently working out of Tootsie’s Tattoo.

She has an interest in sea life, vintage imagery, fantasy motifs, and delicate (yet darker) designs. She uses black and gray only, and would love to start venturing into larger concept pieces.

View fullsize Hey so I think this is one of the coolest leg tattoos in the whole wide world, and I totally have no bias whatsoever. None at all. We tattooed the skulls about 3 years ago (ish) and added the grass shoots and death moth about a year ago. The shading
